Please note that your use of and access to our Services and the Time In Sports app are subject to the following terms. If you do not agree to all of the following, you may not use or access the service or app in any manner.
Welcome to Time In Sports. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our fantasy sports platform, card collection system, Pick'Em challenges, and all related services. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
When accessing the app, you shall adhere to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to the app, which may be posted or modified occasionally. We may amend these rules at any time, and any such modifications, additions, or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the app after these changes are posted, you agree to accept such.
All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, icons, user interfaces, sounds, music, videos, artwork, software, and computer code (collectively referred to as ), including but not limited to layout, design, structure, color scheme, selection, combination, and arrangement of the content present on the a, p,p is owned by or licensed to us. Such Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, other intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Time In Sports. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at Support@time-in-sports.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Time In Sports coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable outside of the platform's trade features. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to: use bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage; attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform; engage in harassment or abusive behavior toward other users; or create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
User is restricted from using the app in any way that is against the laws and regulations of the United States and any jurisdiction or department having authority, and including, but not limited to the following activities while using this app: (a) publishing any of the app content in any external media; (b) transferring usage rights or indulging in any monetary transaction against the app; (c) damaging the app in any form; (d) using the app in any way that affects user access to the app; (e) using the app to engage in any advertising; (f) extracting data or information while using the app. The Company does not accept responsibility for the security of the user's account or content. The user agrees to use the app at their own risk, and the Company makes no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Except for your liability for payment of fees and indemnification obligations, each party's aggregate liability will be limited to the total amounts you have actually paid to the Company in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to a claim. The Company is not responsible for and expressly denies any liability with respect to any third-party products you use. And no event shall either party be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. This section does not apply to a party violating the other party's intellectual property rights.
You agreed to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the company, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all third-party claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the app.
In the event of any dispute arising out of these terms, the parties agree that it should be resolved by arbitration and venue of Orange County, Florida. The arbitrators' decision shall be final and binding upon both Parties, who waive their rights to a jury trial and any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available.
No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. If any part of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with language reflecting the original purpose in a valid and enforceable manner. The enforceable sections of these terms will remain binding.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to virtual items and coins will be forfeited.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
App privacy policy
Time In Sports, LLC presents this App Privacy Policy to inform users about data practices specific to the Time In Sports mobile and web application. This policy applies to Personal Information collected, used, and processed through the app.
When you use our app, we may collect: device identifiers, operating system information, app usage statistics, crash reports, and push notification tokens. This data helps us deliver a stable and personalized experience.
All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or payment details on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how payment information is handled.
Time In Sports is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this App Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy within the app. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Tracking technology policy
This Tracking Technology Policy provides transparent information about the use of tracking technologies in the Time In Sports app and related services, as may be amended from time to time.
Tracking technologies are tools used to collect information about how users interact with our app and services. These include analytics SDKs, local storage, and device identifiers that help us understand usage patterns and improve the experience.
We use analytics tools to understand how users navigate the app, which features are most popular, and where improvements can be made. This data is collected in an aggregated, anonymized form and is not used to personally identify you.
We collect crash reports and performance data to identify and fix technical issues quickly. This includes device type, OS version, and actions taken before a crash — but never personal content or payment information.
